Are Clayfabic products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is individually handmade, so slight variations make each creation unique.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use high-quality polymer clay with jewellery findings such as stainless steel hooks, studs, and chains, depending on the design.
Are your products waterproof?
Our jewellery can handle occasional splashes, but it is not waterproof. We recommend keeping it away from water, perfume, and chemicals.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer COD?
